Return & Refund Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

At Harvora, we provide digital products, downloadable resources, and digital membership access. Due to the nature of these products, our return and refund policy differs from that of stores selling physical goods.

1. Digital Products — No Returns

All products sold by Harvora are digital and delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

Digital products cannot be physically returned once downloaded or accessed.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once digital content has been delivered or access has begun, except where required by applicable law.

We do not generally offer refunds for:

  • Changes of mind after accessing or downloading purchased content.

  • Accidental purchases, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

  • Failure to use purchased digital resources.

  • Requests based solely on personal preferences after accessing the product.

  • Unused portions of a membership after the applicable cancellation or withdrawal period has expired.

3. Membership Access

Harvora offers digital membership plans with different access durations: 1, 3, 6, 12, and 24 months.

Purchasing a membership provides access for the selected duration, subject to the product description and applicable terms.

Unused membership time is generally non-refundable once the applicable legal cancellation period has expired, unless required by law.

4. Technical Issues and Exceptions

If you experience difficulties accessing your purchased digital product, please contact us through our website.

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate solution, including restoring access, providing replacement files, or issuing a refund where required by law.

Refunds may also be considered for duplicate charges, incorrect charges, or digital products that cannot be provided as described.

5. Consumer Protection Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Customers in certain jurisdictions may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights. Where legally permitted, those rights may be lost when digital content delivery begins, provided the customer has given any required express consent and acknowledgment.

6. Contact Us

For questions regarding your purchase, digital access, or a refund request, please contact Harvora through the Contact page on our website.

We aim to review customer concerns fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
